what next?

I have all my jars done,4 of Florida +, 4 of Golden Teacher, 4 0f Ecquador, innoculated the spores on 9-14-02, what is the amout of days im looking at? and what should i be watching over day by day? and whats the next step after the jars are fully colonized?

try checking out the faq..... they are filled with this type of questions and answers... time depends, some times they go fast, sometimes they take forever.... i got a jar that has been sitting for a month and its not done yet....check up on em every 3 or four days, the less the better, keep them in total darkness... as for what after they are done colonizing.....depends on what you wanna do.....the pf tek is easy

Wait a week at least after full colonization. If you're birthing them to case, then a few days after full colonizing will be fine.
If you're doin the cake thing, wait till you see primordia.
