outdoor cultivation question...

hello, glad to be a new member, thanks for having me. now the question: i was reading in the faq on outdoor cultivation with hay and manure. Would it be possible to innoculate an outdoor plot with a spore syringe if you wanted to skip the indoor part and you don't have any cakes at all to use? If so, what would be the proceedure please. I live in Florida, and was thinking of Treasure coast strain because the climate is already a natural, native habitat.Thx in advance!!

I don't think this would work because other contams would beat out the mycelium, but I did read a post about some guy going to a cow pasture and innoculating random patties, he said shrooms start popping up, so I guess it can be done, I just think you would have a higher succes rate of growing out the mycelium in jars, then placing outside.
