The last few weeks I've been working on this breakbeat/slow drum n bass track. It started out with a bassline that I played on my midicontroller, which turned out to be in 5/4th time signature . I figured what the hell, lets play with some other rhythms this time and here's the result.
Hope you enjoy it and give feedback or comments if you can

Thats not bad, I will have to check out your other stuff.
How do I get my music on a myspace? I tried making one and it wouldn't let me upload any tracks. I searched for hours trying to figure it out. Maybe I'm just missing the obvious!
How do I make a track play straight away when someone accesses it too?

thanks guys!
you need to make an 'artist' myspace I think. Then you can add tracks when you click edit profile.

maybe that's a better term (I always find it difficult to label music) and what did you think of it?

5 is a sweet time
your track sounds vibrant and alive
i would work on the percussion levels a little more, some of the hi-hat stuff seems too loud

Me likes, pretty sweet groove. 5/4 is one of the ones i'm not too good with writing for. I write far more melodically than rhythmically, which my drummer always tries his hardest to change. Futile, as much as I love fucked up rhythms its not always natural to me =P
