The pledge seems kinda fascist to me.  Why not pledge to just liberty and justice for all?; cut out the middle-man?

How often did the founding fathers even use the phrase "under God"?

Hmm... it's looking like a grand total of 0. Palin is even more stupid then I had originally anticipated.

The argument that I put forth is that Palin was referring to "God" being good enough for the founding fathers.

Of course I and everyone else (except possibly Palin) knows that the original PoA written 1892 without "under God" modified 1951 to include "under God" could not have been known by the founding fathers unless they were psychic prophets, I just don't know.

I can't wait 'till they make her debate Biden.

Although you can rest assured that all of the idiot Republicans will love the fact that she is clueless.  They will say "See, she's just a regular person!" because they don't know any of this shit either.

No!

The electorate in this country is bitterly divided.

Obama could quite literally be the perfect candidate and 50% of the country would oppose him for no reason except he has a big (D) next to his name.
