Ya i had another post but ppl started talking shit cuz they didnt believe it is possible to find 20 lbs of fresh shrooms in a hunt... I have always boiled the shrooms for about ten minutes and i get the purple foam and all. Then i put it in a pitcher and add the tea bags. I do this with a couple pots and split the mushies up between them. Then after that i take all the USED shrooms and boil them all together one more time.... Some ppl said boiling is bad but it has never affected my trip in the past. I have overdosed several times in the past on accident and freaked out going into major sweats and all. I am dumbfounded as hell about what could have gone wrong. I know they were that strain of mushroom tho

yea i wouldn't recommend boiling. Especially not all at once...
dry them out and throw them in the fridge when they are cracker dry with some desiccant bags. Then just pulverize a few grams in a mortar and soak in lemon juice for 10 min whenever you want to use it.
And I still want some pictures.

i usually just boilwater, put the shrooms and tea bag in a cup, then pour the boiling water in the cup, let it sit and stir for about 20-30 min, n then ur good.

Ya i have never really dried drying them i have always eatin them fresh and just about died or just simply made tea. I dont really know how to dry them and dont wanna get any supplies to do it. I also usually cant wait to trip so i just make a huge batch of tea. Next time Im bringing my camera with me and ill take videos and pictures. Then we can be sure about all this. I wanna prove to those fools that dont believe me how much grows here during hurricane season too.

drying is simple.
Lay shrooms on paper.
Turn on fan.
in 3 days - done

you can dry them simply by placing them in a cardboard box, with a fan pointed at them for a couple days, just make sure they are cracker dry before u store them. mold=bad

and trust me if you are going to make tea you will get much better results from a dry powder than whole mushrooms.

ya. we are gonna know within the week. so ill make a new post when i get em. I wish i could find some cubensis growing. Im gonna pick everything when i go this time and ill just post pictures of all the different kinds. Ill dry em so i dont kill myself with ones im not sure about. I have seen this orange kind a bunch of times i thought was bad and i seen a few ppl with posts of the same shroom so we will find out.

Before you flipped out on me in that previous thread, I suggested they may have been non actives. Do you find it weird that those 20lbs of mushrooms were non active? It is because they were a different type of mushroom, and you could have easily poisoned yourself without identifying them first. Sure, it may seem easy just to go out and pick up some mushrooms- I do it all the time. But what I also do before consuming them is properly ID them first by taking a spore sample and comparing the mushroom to the type that I believe it to be. If it has been a semester since you last tripped on the shrooms you picked, you may want to make sure that the ones you recently picked are active. I know that this spring, P Subbs in my area were growing in totally different spots, and some different mushrooms had popped up in my original hunting spots. There are mushrooms that are identical to active mushrooms that may just have a different spore color. Without knowing that, you could have eaten them and became ill.
I'm not trying to piss you off man, I am just concerned about your safety. The next time you pick them, take a picture of them and upload it here to be safe. I know people have already said it on this thread, but I'm just making sure
