I distilled my own spirits in a rice cooker inside of a plastic container. One of my friends started bitching at me that i would electrocute myself or burn my house down, i called him a pussy and continued my project. Eventually i came around to his way of thinking when i realized that i had an electrical device in a tub full of alcohol vapor. I need to make a safer still before i start again.

About 2 weeks as well. I would use turbo yeast and make a wine which was about 18% alcohol. I would then distill that wine in my dodgey still to make a spirit of roughly %38 to %40 alcohol.

goes down easy
treats you easy
all-round easy
drinking it too early can be good for you though
lots of healthy yeasties for ya
not gonna be much alcohol though unless you use turbo yeast
