Some states have it for pot. You can give it to someone, but not for a cash amount.

Plus, whenever you legalize possession without legalizing sale, you're still perpetuating all of the harms of the black market trade. There's no need for it. Why shouldn't sales be legal?

i knew at one point or another there was a loop hole in a certain county,
but obviously i'm sure they patched it up in that case you mentioned.

well technically you could give them away and thats not selling them.
so not only the people with a green thumb would be the ones being able to trip.

I thought it was legal to possess freshly picked mushrooms...I mean if you had other kinds, and claimed to not know what they were that is.
What about laughing gyms, pan subbs, etc??? I know the obvious cubensis are on the list, but does it include these??? If so do the police even know what those are, or how to identify them?

If the police are suspicious of your shrooms, they probably field test for indoles then get sent to the lab for analysis. If they contain controlled substances, you're fucked.

Depends. They might slap you with public intoxication or some bullshit.
But having the psilocybin in your system isn't a crime. We've all got some DMT chillin' in our cerebrospinal fluid anyway. If they actually observe you eating the mushrooms to try to avoid punishment, then it might be possession by consumption, but I'm not sure on that.

Fuck if they make it legal to grow but illegal to sell, i would blow a load.
makin money wouldnt even matter. Id grow all kinds and give it away.
Of course there will be times when you make a little money on the side but thats about it. haha
