what is this?

i found them in a cow pasture in citrus county florida. they bruise blue and i ate them a couple days ago and tripped pretty hard. i was just wondering what species they are.

get better pictures if they bruise and you tripped a couple dayz ago then thats all that matter proly sum kind of psilocybe species good find bro

Can't see them too good, but they kind of look like a fucked up Cubensis.

i thought they were cubes when i picked them but they are darker on the outside then they are on the inside. i would get better pictures but i ate them and i took them on my cell phone i would just go pick more but a tropical storm just went threw.

It's stupid to eat a mushroom your not sure of.

Esp if you cant ID a cube without being certain.

it could have been a water logged Chlorophylum Molibdites
and you would have been fucked.

atleast you didnt die. your lucky.

My best guess would be waterlogged Psilocybe cubensis.  But I can't tell because the pictures are so tiny.

Thanks for clarifying that.  No one should eat mushrooms without someone identifying them.  You had her Dad identify them so its cool.  We just don't want anyone getting sick.
