Find of Cubensis in Florida Pasture 9/7/03 *Mystery shrooms*

I went out again in my field and found a few cubes. It looks like the cow trampled them in the first picture. I am not sure if that's what happened, but that is how I found them.

These guys were growing off a turd as you can see. They are interesting, never seen these before. The gills are creamy color... I can't remember really.

Those mystery shrooms *might* be Copelandia cyanescens. Its hard to see from jsut a straight picture, but, it would be interesting to see more pictures and a spore deposit color from them.

OK then, I will go back to the location next weekend and see about taking some pictures and a spore print. I have hunted for copes before, and these just don't look like them in real life anyhow... But I am still curious cuz I love this hobby. I will take more effort in giving a description next time.

snd im not sure about tthe "cream" coloerd gills deff not a cyan. if it bruises and the print is jet black you got a cyan.
