I did 2.5 wet ounces and it put me on my ass, Im not really interested in doing a dry ounce. Id love to a print though.

Personally I prefer mushies over cid most of the time. But in this instance I'd go with the thumbprint. Mushies at such a high dose, that might spell disaster on your dome! =) Then again if you've got access to crystal lsd, then well you've probably already done a ounce of mushies!!

depends on the strength of the acid. i've eaten a ten strip and had a great trip but.... Once after that i ate 3 hits and saw aliens land, fought about 6 cops and woke up handcuffed to a hospital bed 2 days later with a cathader jammed up my dick. So, with that said, i do one one night an one the next. With a sitter.

Interesting... as per my predictions, it seems like most people would prefer to take exorbitant amounts of LSD than gulp down a mere ounce of shrooms. What makes the fungii experience harder to cope with than acid in your opinion?

when i lost control on acid it made a bad datura experience seem like playground shit. Shrooms and large doses make me tired/yawn and i can't move so fast. Acid on the other hand at crazy doses or VERY LOW doses hit me like PCP just when i think my shits going good. It's like chillin with a girl on her period. She may wanna fuck but then a second later she kicks you in the nuts again, and again, and again. I lose touch with reality and people think i'm truely crazy and i don't think those people are really even there. Plus i think acid does a lube job on your spine and brain where as cubes just seem to hit my body and brain(it's nicer to MY brain than acid). But, seriously, and ounce of shoorms seems like a tad much. I couldn't even eat that many if i wanted. I'd be doing the exorcist projectile vomit thing. Good luck holding it down brotha! here's a little something for the trip up though! enjoy!

Okay, here is the whole story. Circa 1996.
My buddy just got some 'Jesus Christ' blotter. I copped 6 hits off him and took 3. I started to feel a little queezy and the shit was coming on fast. Like within 10 min. For some reason, still unknown to me, i drove to my parents house instead of mine(BAD idea). A few hours later i'm seeing the world in neon so I went down to my parents room while they were sleeping and asked them for the cars to their Lex. My mom woke up like WTF! Next thing I know i'm in the kitchen holding a statue in my arms that looked just like my parents dog. I thought the statue was really the dog. I'm chowin' down on butterfingers thinking, "Holy fuckin' christ these are the best butterfingers if ever stuffed my mug with!" I tried to feed some to the dog(statue) but it wasn't hungry. My parents lure me into the car with broken promises of a pack of tasty ciggarettes to calm my nerves. All of the sudden we pull up to the hospital. Yo, i may have been uppercase fucked but I knew they had tricked me so I did a stagedive out of the car and ate shit on the pavement. I ran to the lawn where a spectacular crowd of spectators were witnessing the 1st ever documented alien landing. Right there on the hospital lawn! I turned to the man next to me(who wasn't really there) and asked him, "What's going on?" "They've finally come for us," he replied. Bam! I catch a sucker punch to the back of the head and i'm suddenly in my own 'Battle Royale' with the fuckin' cops!... They really were there. I end up getting dragged into the hospital where i had my clothes removed with giant barbaric like scissors. The nurse, whom bye the way was the ugliest mutant this end of the psycheward grabbed my cock and started flexing her fist. Was this bitch trying to make my head explode? Just when I was getting happy, out comes this flacid, horrid excuse for a clean tube and then, wham! Holey FUCK! That doesn't go in my dick!!!!!!... Blackout. 2 days later i wake up handcuffed to the bed with a bloody dick and a tube bigger than my thumb jammed in my shit! But, i'm sure a thumbprint of acid will put you in porno land. Wanna hear something dumber? 2 weeks later i madeout with a 10 strip of white blotter... Oooopppps!

The strength of the acid doesn't matter. You're talking about taking anywhere from a few hundred to a thousand hits. This is some real high dose trippin. As for the "strength" it is completely irrelevant, no matter if it was 80% pure or 95% pure crystal, you're going to be completely gone.
Personally I don't like mushrooms anymore, they make me feel insane and give me dark, fucked up vibes. I don't enjoy it too much.
If I'm gonna get obliterated, I'd do it on LSD. Though I wouldn't really want to do either one, personally... it's too much over the top for me.
