Telling a girl you love her

is a lot more complicated when she works for you.
So long story short, my secretary and I have been flirting around for quite a while. But, she's engaged to a guy who is clownshoes. I want to just tell her to break it off and come live with me, but since she works for me everything seems more complicated.
The wedding invitations are going out in a couple weeks. I think my chances of winning her over decrease dramatically after that. We make excuses to be together and have a great time when we go out (she spent HIS birthday with ME lol), but I am not sure if she's THAT into me. If it was any other chick I'd just say what I feel.
After the time we spent together Wednesday I can't imagine NOT being able to be with her once she's married.
So, how do I tell her it is more than just a cozy relationship, that I want to take her away from her fiancee... bearing in mind that if I don't win her over, it will be awkward as hell working here every day with her?

Just tell her. I believe people should always do what they think they need to do that way they do not wonder what would have happened. If she gets married, that is all you will be thinking about, "What would have happened if I would have just had a pair of testicles?"

Seriously isn't it kinda weird that she's my secretary though? Won't that kinda make everything even more weird for her?

Stand up during the wedding when the priest asks if anybody has any reason as to why to not let the wedding go through.

Hell no at least you know where she stands and you will move on to you next target. If she gets all irritated about the situation fire her ass, you are the one being mature about things and she is screwing up the working environment.

you should be true to your feelings... if not youll always wonder if she was the one who got away.
not to mention... youll still have YOUR job... and if she says no... she's got a man to support her after she quits/gets fired.

Get your own damn girl man, you obviously don't have abundance mentality. THERE ARE SOME MANY WOMEN OUT THERE WHO ARE AVAILABLE, don't try to go for one that's in a relatonship and going to get married. Come on

Yeah she's getting married, she obviously loves the guy. Don't let wishful thinking make you do something ridiculously embarrassing.

If you wanted too, just try to be the other guy and sleep with her after she is married. And see other people.

Look, I know she's interested, I just don't know if she's interested enough that she would break off an engagement at this point. Its really more a question of how do I do it than will I do it.
She lies to him about spending time with me, we went to a concert at a bar on HIS birthday without him, and we've been together either at or outside of work every single day for the past two months.
So yeah, that makes her the wrong kind of woman in a way. But I think we met each other later than we should have, and yet, not so late that she's married... not yet anyway.
Her fiancee knows something is up too, and gets all emo-faggy-whiny with her about it and when she hangs up with him she tells me what he said and makes fun of him.
I know why guys do that shit when they're with someone, but is it the same for chix?

Nah. I've been on the short end of that stick. I won't do that to the guy no matter how clownshoes he is. But I admire you for your lack of standards! ;-)

Why don't you bring up the wedding and be like "so... you excited? wow... the rest of your life with this guy huh? soundsl ike fun!!!" and see how it goes from there... make sure you say it in a way where you could say "oh i know i was just joking" that way if shes serious bout this guy you can say that... and if shes not... you can continue.
That's what I do... play it like it COULD be a joke, but only if she gets angry do you say its a joke.

She works for you... It's going to be tough as hell. Anything that doesn't go her way at work, she'll blame on you. Especially if she thinks you're not getting what you want.
lol, start looking for a new secretary.

just hang out with her and plant the seeds of doubt. ask her "so are you nervous about the wedding?" "what if hes not the right guy?" ask about all the problems she has with him and stuff. once you plant that seed, you're usually a shoein. I've gotten a good handful or two of girls out of relationships just by planting the seed of doubt. works most of the time.
try it before you get on one knee and present her your balls and stuff.
