Habitat: Grass
Gills: Attatched, brownish and slightly darker in between each gill
Stem: 2-3", 4mm?? - very small, brownish, vertical lines, hollow - I think, & thin
Cap: 1-2 centimeters, brownish - browner around the rim and patchy a bit lighter in the middle, smooth, spherical, & convex
Spore print color: Not done yet, but so far looks pretty dark.
Bruising: None so far!
Other information: Some of the older ones are a bit darker...

There's also a 3 weird ones in there that are different... I don't think they're anything special.

Most of them look like Panaeolina foenisecii. If so the print will be purple brown. The odd ones are Conocybe apala var. albipes aka Conocybe lactea and Conocybe albipes.

I'm curious. Were these growing in a well-manicured lawn or a lawn in a good neighborhood? There is a slight possibility they are Subbs. But I need to know more about the lawn.

They were in a well manacured lawn at a brand new home that's still for sale. There's only 4 houses on a dead end street and the street it opens to is busy.

If they are Subbs the print will be jet black. I'll hold off on my ID until you get a decent print. They may be active.

What are your thoughts on it? I think they're pan foes as well...

Wouldn't they have some blue in the end of the stems by now?

Is it even possible for them to be active if there is no bluing?

Really!? Is this not commonly known? Could I have found tons and tons of real actives that I thought were look alike non-edibles? Can you tell me anything about identifying them if they don't turn blue? Does the blueness have anything to do with the potency?

I think everyone focuses so much on the bluing because it leaves little doubt, unless they are Boletes. Panaeolus subbalteatus hunters will tell you not all Subbs bruise blue, even at the base of the stem. It's unlikely you could have found tons, but you probably found a few if you hunt often.
The blueness has to do with the oxidation of psilocin, one of the active chemicals. More of it means more potent.
I could tell you more about identifying non-staining mushrooms but I am beat tired. Maybe someone else will fill you in.
Good luck!

Yeah, I found a fair number of subbs this year, and all mine had was maybe some very slight, almost unnoticeable bluing or more often, no bluing at all. Thats why you need to do a spore print with subbs. I believe you have some subbs there, especially the first two pics. Subbs have thicker, darker stems than foes. About 5+/- hours should yield a good print.

Okay - here's the spore print, sorry it kinda sucks, I forgot to put a glass on it and it dried out.
It looks pretty black to me though... what do you think?
I put the rest in the fridge and can make another print if needed... I think. I've never waited so long.
