Okay IMO insight is the most important tool to any being, the ability to reflect within & remember anything from past incidences so as not to repeat mistakes of the past. Beings all use it to know/remember where shelter, food & company would be prosperous, the ability to internally store memory, to learn & how to communicate/relate to one another.
IMO all this comes from the ability of sentient beings to internally reflect objects within themselves using insight.
We all use insight in some way shape or form dealing with thoughts, feelings, people, jobs, all objects (including our own body & minds) pretty much everything depends on referring back inwards using insight, reflecting on external objects for intuition (inner tuition) on what to do or say.
The attention goes out to objects, then comes back to reflect on them.
Attention going out & then back in...
By taking this outward & inward referring attention & keeping it on the source of attention itself, being COMPLETELY alert & awake, we can go much deeper into ourselves for insight than we previously thought, we can tap into pure spontaneous intuition, what some call optimum judo move or zen reaction.
Just look within to total awakedness & i dont mean this is some poetic way at all.
Its an actual exercise to practice, from an atheist to a scientist to a hippy or the pope, if your a human being not trying this your missing out.
Just looking within, taking that power to see & turning it on itself to see your pure originality instead of all these thoughts society has imprinted on you, please please please try it!
We as a race are starting to stop referring to objects for our existence & are starting to look within for our truth purpose & identity, dont wait for the rest of humanity to do it first come home to the end of all your searching right now in this instant by seeing who you truly are.
This body & mind we've been given are incredible instruments, why not take a look at whos playing the tune? 
The place we are all looking from is infinity, we're just looking the wrong way...

Where are you looking from? Isit different from where i see from?
Will you stop & look? Or just think of something smart & reply?
People really dislike being told about themselves even if its a compliment!
Does every single sentance have to start & end with IMO?
I thought its common sense all this forum is each individual person posting?
Even the person who comes & says "i know the truth!" its still only his opinion...

you don't need to extrapolate from respected phrases,
in fact
it would be great if you left things mean their most naked meanings
there you would see things for what they are most simply
instead you are driving fast and strongly into the thicket
into where you have the most associations
and you are projecting them all on to us.
i think it's a good time to disrobe

strip down.
