myc turn green in seconds

i got some colonized millet jars,i took the most beautiful one of them and wanted to make g2g to some oats ,i broke the millet beating it on my shoe,cleaned the jars with alcohol and put everything in the glovebox,
i opened the millet jar and spooned some into the oats jar,closed the jars and took the oats to shake,when i saw that it all turned green.
how is it possible?
by the way this pint jars colonized in 12 days,shacked ones when was 30-40%[image]http://www.shroomery.org/forums/files/08-34

do you have any pics of the jars after the shake? they look fine before the shake.

the upper pics is how this one looked b4 the shake,it turned green just when i opened it.

wow that's like neon green. ive never heard of that happening after a shake so i cant help you much in this one.

have you tryed searching the forums for an answer?

also give the jar a smell test, that's one sure fire way of knowing if a jar is contam'd or not.

That's bruising. It's extremely common after shaking grains. Many strains bruise green rather than blue.

Is it green or blue? Mycellium can bruise blue, right? Sounds like a bruising reaction to me.
