Eh kratom'll do the job but you probably don't want to deal with the possibility of getting addicted to it.  Maybe some valerian root or St. John's wort tea?

Valerian root. Chamomile.
Maybe even Damania, i find it too be a little euphoric and quite relaxing.

Or combine all fifteen substances previously mentioned into one hell of an anxiety-fighting tea.

scullcap is known to kill anxiety, it works on some of the same receptors as benzos do
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scutellaria_lateriflora

also passiflora would help... other than that the herbal teas can be suprisingly calming, even without psychoactive effects, it has to do with the smells and the tastes... they say "calm the fuck down"

Realistically speaking, I'd be wary about combining St. John's Wort with other things... it has a lot of adverse drug interactions.
