Something I've noticed

is that during the day when i skate to my local skatepark, I pass under a few trees that have a bunch of mist/rain type liquid coming down from under the canopy of the leaves in the trees, and moisten the ground beaneath it, yet, it will be a COMPLETELY :sunny: day? What's up with that and how does it work?
