Substrate jars and syringes

hey every one i was wondering something first how many CCs do i put in  the jars and its been like a week and a half and i have 8 jars colonizing
on three have the white mycelieam or whatever on then and the other 5 jars dont have anything they dont even look like they are going to colonize i was just wondering if i should wait or should i throw them out
i have my jars in a constant dark room with the temp between 80 and 84.5
degrees

about 1cc per jar is fine. i put about .25 cc's in a jar before and it actually fruited the best. just wait it out? what strain are you using??

as you see in my pics thoes are the only ones that have started and all the others show no groth

just wait it out. holding on to the jars wont hurt anything.
