stalled second flush? Possible?

I've been waiting for about 6/7 days for my second flush of Hawaiian to show up after the second dunk all my other cakes are doing fine with the same progress as the way I'm doing this 12/12 light, lots of FAE, misting I mean humidity is there temp is there are they just recovering and how can I tell if there is something wrong I can tell they still have slot of sub in them very heavy not like my Australian 3rd flushes... Anything I can do or how long should I wait?

he first time probably took maybe 3/4 to really get going than like a day or two after harvested

I just look and what do u know a pin I should of just kept quite heh

Question if anybody is reading rolling a second or third flush in fine verm will that cause the myc to eat more of the substrate and stress it to much in those flush stages?
