Cacti ID, and worthyness

i was at the hardware/nursery today, and while they were fillin up the propane i went to have a look in the succulents section.
these BIG ones ive been wanting to know what they are for some time, but theres were lots of others that peaked my interest too.
if you can ID some for me, it would be much apreciated, money is tight, so i cant just go fillin up the greenhouse with cacti, but if any of them are must haves, please let me know!

pic #1 stenocereus on the left, dont know about the right. pic #2 looks like a monstrose myrtillocactus or perhaps cereus. pic #3 looks like a pachycereus or carnegia gigantea on the left. pic #4 & pic #9 stetsonia coryne.
not sure about the rest, or too lazy to think about it would be more precise

I would take the Stenocereus hystrix fo' sure. If it is one of course, im pretty sure.
Apparently it has very very similar alkaloids to lophs.

Well in some ways, i suggest you study it more. Find out what percentages and if it has dodgy alkaloids etc. I would touch it with a 10ft pole because from what i know, it hasnt been used by locals. But its still

i wouldn't pay alot for either... certainly not $140 for the hystrix, even if that is what it is, it is still a rip off...
anyway buy them all
ps. i did get stetsonia coryne and pilocereus azureus mixed up in my first post, scruffy is right about #4 & #9

ok.
thanks again guys...
the lady says that cactus has been there over 10 years!!!
i think the price goes up on it every year.
they r prolly willing to barter out here, i mean its all local buying and selling around here.
would like $120 for both be reasonable, or is that still puttin too much $ in their pockets...
i got an idea, you buy them all, and ill babysit them

Usually nursery owners are willing to let the price drop alot with specimens that are hard to sell if you are really interested. Its like auto-pilot haggling lol. When i bought my ugly as sin pedro (i think it may be a juul's) she was like "Big cacti cost $60, ohh make it $50.. Umm actually $30. Yeah $30, that sound good to you?
"Yeah, thats alright by me "
Anyways you already have a massif Steno - i would spend that money on other interesting species.
You could spin some good money on the net selling the seeds if you bred tho, but i heard they have very diverse alkaloid concentrations.

hahaha
maybe down the road with the help of all u clowns i can start breeding, but right now im just beefin up the collection.
the massif steno ur talkin about, r u refering the one i took a massive cut off of today?
its at least 12"L and more than a soda can thick...
i dont know what compelled me to cut it, but i had a knife in my hand and i walked out my door and straight to the cactus like i was sleepwalking and murdered the thing...
which in turn gives it new life...:)

Lol yeah, that sounds just like something Kip Kinkel would say..
I will reply to your other question here to help try avoid brainiacs thread becoming a tea-party.
It wont survive here because, we get frosts here. Not bad, minimum temp of -1'c (about 30'f). Stenos are from Puerto Rico, its alot warmer there.

No i dont see the point, they grow outside in the wild all year round dont they?
The cacti nursery i got to has a few huge pedros growing in the open and the look WAY healthier than any i have seen on here.
I took them in for a huge storm because they are in unstable pots.
I think royer means no, maybe time to read the rules?
