 bad news today and can ya help me out

the bad news is rolling in this morning.
so i got woke up this morning at 7 am just to be let known that a really good friend of mine has been given only a few months to live. i know that he wasn't doing well in the first place but when i left friday evening he ws rushed to the hospital and the doctors gave him only a few months to live.
he has hiv and is now brain damaged because of it. he always told his significant other that if he went brain damaged then he just wanted to be dead. so they have decided to stop him on his hiv meds. i cannot believe this. i knew it was only a matter of time but not this close. damn.
then i got a text message a few minutes ago that my other friends little boy is having to have chemo treatments for cancer. he is collecting bottle caps (the little plastic ones). if he gets 150 thousand he gets all 10 treatments for free.

if anyone drinks a lot of drinks out of a bottle i am willing to pay for shipping if you wanna send me your bottle caps. Actually anyone who wants to send bottle caps I am willing to pay shipping.

until i read that was a hoax, i was gonna say go to a few festivals and volunteer with the cleanup crew to sort trash. you could easily have 10-20k in a weekend. i know we filled up a ~50gal trash can with caps in an hour or so of sorting at allgood

no it doesn't but people don't think about that stuff when they think they found away to help. I never heard of the bottle tops being collected I have heard of the can tabs being collected, not saying that will be any good either though.

this is not a double post ..... but it is a twisted hoax. my friend found out that it was not true ... so my bad. It still is bad about my friend dying of hiv though. I have been trying to send all the good energy i can his way.

Why the fuck would hospitals give people free chemo for bottle caps? It just does not make sense.
I guess people get desperate when they have no healthcare.
