the waters are on fire,
clouds drowning in the sky
press farther, young soldier
the sun has yet to shine
in that moment,
that ripe dawn,
all those moments
never to come
here you are, here you stand,
solitary, every man

purple hues on yellow sand
wrapped in roots and colored strands
the call is clear, the earths demand

flowing flesh. static eyes
unafraid, alive to die
a pretty shell, a shiny prize

the colors of soul are liquefied

that's great, really, except i'd make it souls instead of soul, and probably colors to color

anyways, i'm just drunk and typing up what sounds good in my head.  here:

i hear them crickets
singin' to me
all of them critters
chillin' in the trees
that baby rabbit
i want to eat
he's out there sleepin'
hidin' from me

i'm just another animal
trapped inside these pastel walls
waitin' for my call
i can't believe................
that it's just we

that's definitely not the type of bunny i'm chasing

this is one of them short-haired brown rabbits that like to eat people's gardens, specifically demius's

i'ma make stew out of bogart's offspring, once i beat the hell outta them with a stick

that sounds pretty bad to me.  hunt those fuckers, eat their meat, and make some new clothes

i haven't seen any real damage (minus some chewmarks on my squash) from the rabbits, but they ate the hell outta my carrots and broccoli.  they've also eaten numerous gaps in my plastic fencing...which cost me almost $100 to put up all to please my neighbor and not kill the rabbit he named :crankey:
