Shouuld I pasteurize manure (outdoor beds)

Im just now getting ready to pasteurize my straw because its pretty moldy. Should i go ahead and pasteurize the manure compost too? It's for outdoor beds so would it make a substantial difference?
I've been searching and searching and can hardly find anything.

Toss out the moldy straw. There is no need to pasteurize manure for outdoor grows.
