to chuck or not to chuck

I birthed 8 PF style cakes on the 1st (stropharia strain) and happily I saw some small pins when I checked on them just now. Trouble is, some of the cakes have developed some off-white beige colored patches on the top. The cakes smell a little off, but not rank or that weird sweetgross smell like other contams I've experienced. In addition to this, some of the cakes are perspiring and the little water droplets around the discolored spots are a deep amber color.

So my question is, should I chuck the cakes to prevent them from contaminating other healthy cakes, bleach them (a la Hippie's bleach tek) or just let them sit there and see what happens (after all, they are pinning?) Any and all advice appreciated, this is only my second batch.
