/face !
What a totally sweet bed. No more coils. No more box springs. No more squirming around. Shit, I don't even need a pillow. Guy was practically begging for a sale, got it knocked down $600 and a free warranty. I have a disability from a car wreck and the bed aligns my back perfectly.
I think I'm going to make teh sex to it.

lol
I am, however, donating the old mattress and whatnot. Nothing really wrong with it (stains, rips, etc).

those things are so damn expensive when bought brand new, so I mean is it really that fucking great? I think they charge over $400 just for a twin don't they?

I think you can get a generic twin for like $500? Was only looking at queens. Name brand is probably a hell of a lot more.
And yeah, it really is that fucking great You can literally sleep on the edge without sloping off, or getting those metal cords that go around the inside, or the shitty frame that goes around the mattress. You get more sleeping positions and there's much better body heat distribution.
It seems like you get a shitload more room even tho it's same dimensions. G/f and I were fighting for space (lol) all the time, and now it seems like we have extra.

They are great for sleeping.
...But have you had sex on it yet? If not, then I am the bringer of bad news. Sex on those mattresses sucks. It's a lot more work. You'll realize you took the bounce of that spring mattress for granted :P

You'd still get some bounce off of that old spring matress. Having sex on a tempur pedic is like having sex on really soft concrete.

Great analogy gumby. Thanks for the warning though, I will not be getting a tempurpedic anytime soon, though I will be shopping for oversized cushions for my room at college...I would like to make it a lounge/tripping room where I happen to sleep, especially since the rest of the house is so cool I can hang out wherever.

Think of how much better you feel, and how nice a good. comfortable nights sleep is worth.
If you gotta spend an extra nickel and dime, do it on a mattress, its worth every penny.

I've always felt like if I had one of those I would feel better. The shit I got now just isn't cutting it.
My buddy slept in one of the king size ones for a night. He described it as that feeling you get when you wake up energized from a nap, and that feeling you get from a good night's rest combined. I was thinking that sounds just about right.
