Also, I'd like to appologize for using the growlog username. I am a little nervous about asking a question like this in an open forum.

Maybe you could fashion some kind of stackable thing with chickenwire and a big box fan blowing downward...

You're probably stuck fan drying them on large racks. That's how edibles are done commercially. Course you could always try to get about a hundred pounds of drierite...

24 X 24 box style fan on top a large box w/fiberglass screen door or window type racks - one afer another - w/air venting out the bottom of the box.
Simple as flushing a toilet .
If your smart enough to grow 100 pounds wet -- all at once -- you sure as water is wet -- should be able to figure out how to dry them -- all at once .
I think you "jerking" your own chain.

I'd make racks out of wire mesh. run the ac in the room to get the humidity down. I suppose you could put alot in the fridge. That seems to dry out the edibles when uncovered.

I've been using cinder blocks and 2 X 4's to make racks so that my fans will have ground clearance. I have 7 fans going, but the noise is an issue. I need to watch the noise and was looking for an alternative. I would rather use fans over dessicant, though. I will be posting a grow log tonight on how I did it. It wasn't rocket science. It should be posted in about an hour.

After fan drying it should be down to about 15 pounds. You could probably fit that into 3 5 gallon buckets with Calcium Chloride in the bottom.
Driveway heat Ice melter is a good source. It's about $7-$8 for a 9.5 pound jug. You can get it in most automotive sections or auto stores.

instead of just haveing a cup or whatever of dessicant in the bottom I made it more layered. I used a threaded 1/4 inch fully threaded thing that i got at home depot. I made circular racks of mesh that i secured by placing a nut below and above, i later used clothes pins to make it easier to remove the shelves. the main difference is just under each rack is a plastic plate that fits on the threaded bar too. I put dessicant in each of these plates. it seems that it dries them a little bit faster for me. i hope this makes sense, im pretty faded at this point. peace
