uncolonized jar, can i break it up and spawn it to coir?

its like 85% done. can i break it up in a bag and mix it with some coir?
i ask because im doing some tonight, and it would be convenient

No. You want to use 100% colonized spawn, otherwise contams will become your new best friend.

but im spawning it to the pasterised coir. so its still gotta keep growing

True it will keep growing, but the substrate is in a 'sterile' jar. If you expose it to open air contaminates will quickly colonize the uncolonized parts.
If you feel really ambitious you can cut off the uncolonized spots with a sterilized knife and use only the colonized parts, but even then it might contam.
