Help need to case this quick

Okay I'm still new to casing and I'm not sure if this is right or not. This is what I have Pelletized high calcium lime, scott's perlite, and scott's sphagnum peat moss. Question 1... Is it okay to pelletized lime? is peat moss the same as peat? What is the mixture ratio for everything? Is there some kind of product I can just buy and use right out of the bag without haveing to ad anything but water? And if I'm doing bulk whats easier to pasturize, sterilize, or can I just leave it as is? My main consern is the pelletized lime and yes I did a search but there wasn't much there about it. Help please thanks so much!!!!

Yes.

I recommend 1:1 peat/verm.  Add enough lime to bring the pH up to 7-8.

Yes.  If you can find it, Jiffy Mix will save you much trouble.

I bring the 50/50+ up to appropriate moisture level, then I bake it in the oven in a covered pan for 30 minutes at 200*F.
