There was rain last night, didnt pay much attention to it though...

i actually found 12 libs on thursday 29th of august, and there effects were better than the ones i had today, even though they were small and had very little bruising and weighed 2.5grms altogether, i had noticable wall movement and a lot more laughter. I hadnt planned on eating them as i thought they wouldnt do anything, or very little, but lady salvia persuaded me .

But it could have been effected by a whole load of stuff, such as tolerance, or other stimualtion in the room. now i am unsure whether salvia has maoi properties or not, but that would have contributed greatly to the strength of the trip.

It was the first time i ate them as raw mushrooms aswell, all my trips last year were via mushie brews (i say trips but i had no visual disturbance, just constantly crying with laughter).

I have more stomach discomfort aswell now than i did on the 29th. Not a great deal, just enough to notice.

Can't wait till the season peaks

later, mshrm.

Where abouts did you find them? Not the location, but what type of field? Was it a cow or sheep field? What was the grass like too. I just got an intrest in hunting ive looked in all types of fields where I live and not found anything, not even any type of mushroom.

My 'secret' patch that has kept me going for the last 15 years  has one field that has cows in it all year long and is well trampled. The other fields nearby have no animals in them and the grass is cut a few times a year...I always seem to find more in the field that the cows have been in.....
Will be trying again this weekend, hopefully all this rain will help....Peace

My favourite spot has both sheep and cows grazing in it, but that doesnt get many libs till around early october, the field i found them in is moorlands, i dont think anything grazes there... they're hard to find there though, my favourite spot provides me with about 250 libs an hour :], if i go on my own that is.

Gunna go up now actually , no one else in my town knows there out hehehe!

later, mshrm

well well well, been hunting quite a fair bit today and yesterday and found some interesting stuff. In the nearest wooded are i stumbled upon these http://www.mykoweb.com/CAF/species/Hypholoma_fasciculare.html ,not psychoactive, but interesting nevertheless.I brung a few back to grow from, incase i feel like giving someone a bad stomach .

Next was the nature reserve which is rarely visited by anyone,I found a few liberty caps early on which got my hopes upShortly after in the corner of my eye under a thick bush i noticed a red colour,on closer inspection they were red mushrooms!.I have yet to identify them, they have a bell shaped cap,purple/grayish spore print and stain blackish when handled,my guess is Stopharia Aurantiaca, but i cannot be sure so ive stored one of them till i can get a digital camera and vogue it.

Lastly but not leastly i came upon a few cinnaman/red coloured mushrooms which resembles Psilocybe cyanescens, but it does not stain blue, because of the poisonous lookalikes im wary of it.

Its gotten hot again now,and mushrooms of any sort are scarce!,where the hell is autumn?!
