Can anyone suggest some good teks for making a flowhood? I would like to make one but I have no idea what to do. There are no good teks on this site. I need a small one, just big enough 2 work with 5-6 quart jars at a time.

If you are just inoculating a few jars, then why not use a glove box/still air box. Its easier and cheaper to build than a flow hood. Also, it is much less complicated.
There are a few good teks for these on the site if you search a little.
Just remember NOT to flame sterilize in a box that was recently sterilized with or contains any flammable substance like alcohol or lysol!

I have the money and am willing to spend the time on it so I figure why not. I could definitely get a better glove box though. It's just a plastic tub with some very misshapen circles cut out of it.

I decided to just buy a flowhood from fp
The amount of time it would take to shop around and buy everything wasn't worth it to me, if I spend that time doing other things I'd more than easily justify purchasing from fp

In that case I would rather buy something like this:
Envirco Corporation HEPA Filter Ceiling Grid Module
Envirco MAC 10 XL HEPA Fan Filter Unit 2x4 120V 3.0A
Laminaire Corp / Lo Pro Self Powered T-Grid Hepa Filter

I didn't have time to read everything in the links but have book marked them for later, would this really be as efficient as a flowhood

Want an explosion, the solution is oust, never it will explode like a bomb and take every last one of the hair on you arms with it..I have a HELL of a pain tolerance and even I have to admit that even a sec or two seems like a while when you are completely engulfed in flames
You can now expect the men in the black helicopters to come and seize your computer cause you are obviously using this information to make weapons to aid in terrorism, fucking patriot act
