Hey everyone ive been reading stuff on forums and on google, about people adding various other addatives to the standard BRF jar to help with colonization and yeild, such as popcorn, kelp, bee pollen.
has anyone ever done this, or does anyone add anything other then verm/brf/water to the mix I mean, I just did your standard PF tek, and now I am wondering if maybe I add some more nutrient somehow if it will help any, sorry if this question has already been answered in another post I just wanted to see if anyone here uses anything other then standard brf mix when they do pftek?
thanks

If you have already noced the jars up do not attempt to add anything. Adding will only increase your chance of failure. I only put a little bit of coffee grounds in my mix and I uses wild bird seed flour for PF not BRF. WBS is so much cheaper than BR. Happy growing.

yeah save it for your next batch of jars.
I'm planning on doing the exact same thing actually, and the extra nutrients speed up colonization times in half pint jars.
