first grain to grain transfer

Well my invitro bags have stalled out due to lack of moisture and I came up with an idea. There is a nice large chunk of myc in the center of the two bags and I figured I would do a grain to grain. Does this sound like a good idea?

I was thinking about doing that but I really think it's stalled due to lack of moisture. The idiot who pawned these bags off on me used a lot of verm to help over-saturation which wasn't an issue. My other idea besides the transfer was to boil some water with brf in it and pour it in the bags when I knead them to turn the uncolonized verm into a cake. Need some help here. Anyone?
