They used drone spy planes not the fighters yet.....I'm talking about those that assault other jets. They're still in the testing phase

by the end of his presidency bush's ratings will be in the 40's. He's going to try and force a war with Iraq in order to immortalize his presidency but its gonig to open a pandoras box that will totally change the way we live even more so than sept 11. we are not annihilating terrorists, we are provoking and creating new ones and once this war on Iraq starts we will have created an army of suicide bombers who will overwhelm us in drones that will come in wave after wave after wave with catostrophic destruction. This may be the beginning of the end of civilization as we know it. Presidential approval numbers won't mean anything in a suicide bombing anarchy. Make no mistake about it, the war on terrorism is a war of religions and a the most fanatical will win. Christianity vs. Islam. May the most irrational and fanatical win. It's going to be close.

Good point, but thats not the way Bush sees it...

He believes that we will go in, wipe out Sadam and cripple his military.
THEN suddenly our people will rebuild his great country and install Democracy, hire a new government and train a new military.
His plan for this war is not just an attack but an occupation and a total change of government. Somehow he believes that we will turn the country into a place that its citizens love and they will all thank the US for it and just forget about all their family members which we killed in the process. Somehow be believes that once we cripple his military, many of the survivors will suddenly change and fight FOR the US occupation and rebuilding process...

He definetly has a dream, one that will fail...

thats bush's problem is that he lives in a religious ideological dream world. He's more concerned about his image and pushing an imperialistic agenda than he is about what is in our best interest. Provoking terrorists is not in our best interest. What is in our best interest is to pull our military out of every corner of the earth and save us from conflicts of interest.

thats the point... Once we go in, destroy and then rebuild then we will own the place just like Afghanistan..

Hell it should be just as easy to buy property in Afghanistan by now as it is in Hawaii or Alaska.
Basicaly we own the place just as we will own Iraq.

I seen something on the tv news that said that Iraq was a socialized country. I could be wrong. but as I recall they said that there were thousands there that didnt have jobs and totaly depended on Sadam to send them monthy checks.

So, if this is true, how are there people going to see us when we go in to "liberate" them (as some say) when there "welfare" could be cutt off?
