It is illegal to possess fully colonized jars, very illegal to sell them. Assuming you are from the US that is.

You need to look up Fed Stats on that,but It could be legal . the Stats used to say something to the affect that it is only illegal to actually be in possession of the fruits. I personally don't care if there is something that says you can, I would not do it.

well florida law states that possessing actual shrooms is perfectly legal the only thing illegal(in florida)is goin onto private property to pick the shrooms, growing them and selling them. so if you got caught with a bag o shrooms supposedly youll be fine just say they were on the side of the road and you saw them, your gana make a stew or something lol. the cop will probly fuck with you but legally they cant do a damn thing !
