For those of you out there who are interested in actually learning about mushrooms other than just active ones... I've found an awesome website.


This webpage lists several different genera of common mushrooms. If you read up on each genus listed, you will have a general idea of what mushroom you have found. It's a great place to study for the amature mycologist.

Please note this website does not list genera of active species of mushrooms. The Shroomery and Erowid can help you out with that :smile: (we can help with non-actives too)

If you are well versed with mushrooms(ahem ToxicMan, Mr. Mushrooms), you can help them out with the webpage if you feel so inclined.
