colonized substrate as spawn medium "?"

I have done this before in the past, but can't remember if it was an effective way of cutting corners when needed or a waste of a potential 3rd flush. I know it's not a common practice. I do how ever have it underway right now going on 7 days, I will update, but I was just wondering if anyone can vouch for this procedure?

If you are signed in then you can start a new post. Go to the top of the posts in the index, the right hand corner says "post previous index next". Click on "post", it has a little pencil on it.
You do NOT have to keep your jars in the dark. This is an old husbands tale. If you DO keep them in the dark, it WILL NOT hurt them to take them out and look at them to see how they are doing. DO NOT OPEN THE JARS! Just look through the glass.
Some people say that reading to them, (it doesn't matter what kind of book), helps you get bigger, more potent shrooms.

Okay, I lied about the reading, that was a load of crap that I couldn't help throwing. Funny though, huh?

Start with Dick and Jane, you have to work UP to The Dark Tower!

You people are completely incompetent. Jesus non of you fools must get any respect for you don't now how to show any yourselves!
For those who actually had an interest in the actual post, yes this is a completely feasible way of doing away with waiting for your jars to colonize when you are pressed for time, it does work, obviously it would. Though, the mycelium is non-typical for the look I'm used to seeing from my isolations.

Why post a question that you already felt you knew the answer to? Please work on your diction. I'm getting a headache trying to read your posts.
In regard to the OP, it's not worth the effort. If you indeed have agar isolates, then you already know this as well. Contaminate city!
