FC weight

So i have to build a shelf that will support my FC.
I was wondering in a 50quart/47.3liter 26.5x15.8x10.4 inch/67.3x40.1x26.4 centimeter would weigh with everything in it IE: 4 inches of fully saturated perlite/cakes etc.
Or just info on how much your FCs weigh, dont really wanna to build a shelf that will fall through halfway to being done.
Thanks.

funny I think I have a similar size monotub. It just so happens that I moved them with the colonizing sub. As such It weighed at least a good 40lbs maybe 50 (a guess). However that was a heavier substrate and Perlite/cakes setup in the same size monos would probibly be 20~30 lbs but to keep a margin of safety your shelf should be able to hold 60~90lbs.

Yeah, in the closet i have no studs to screw into so I'm going to have to use liberal amounts of glue and such to make this work. Which is why i asked, thanks for the replies.

Use those big plastic threaded anchors. They really grip the drywall without weakening it.

Hmm doing a closet setup without knowing where the studs are sounds like a bad idea. Drywal is not notorious for it's holding capacity. Perhaps you should borrow one from a friend?

Its not drywall, its in a trailer, (the kind you pull behind a truck) and its like 1/2 an inch of wood, and the only studs are at the four corners of the closet.
I'm sure that i will find a way to do it, just have to try a few things first.
