Maybe, but I got EXTREMELY high, perhaps the highest Iv ever been on shrooms, definitly the most visual shrrom trip Iv ever had. I only ate 3 of the caps and gave the other 3 to a friend.

to be honest, those look like dried shiitake mushrooms =p. i know this rarely happens, if ever, but maybe the guy who sold you those just bought some shiitakes or similar edible mushroom, dried them, and put a drop of acid on each? or something like that?

Some of them did look like wavy caps, but they dont grow where these are from, which is the southeast U.S. But they sure were potent as hell.

As far as the shiitake thing, I personally dont see the resemblance and i know for a fact they were a psilocybe of some kind. I know who picked them and I can also tell the difference between an acid and a shroom trip and after eating these, it was definitely a psilocybin buzz I had.

Those are not wavy caps (P. cyanescens) at all. HWo knows,
In my thirty years I have never seen those before and I agree with whomevr said put a drop of acid on them and wow.

Are you in Georgia? If so, there is a very small possibility that those are weiliis, but they don't look like it to me. They almost look like some type of Agaricus or Lepoita... Do you know what they were growing from?

Once again, I know for a fact that they were not dosed with acid. And they were picked from a cow field in dung.

I didn't say they were dosed with acid... Anyway, sounds like regular ol' Cubensis to me. Although they don't look much like them they could just have just been weathered.

Don't keep shroomin, GG
I've just never seen any wild Cubes have those dry cuts on those Two caps.. the others kinda look Cubie to me, hopefully.

Just wondering if you got a spore print off of those. if so maybe you could get someone to grow them out where it is legal to do so. That way you could post pics of wet ones with spore prints beside them. Maybe even get some of the more experienced myco heads to do some microscopic (spelling) work to id them. Who knows, you might have found a new kind that you could name after your self! Psilocybe AcidBear

Then they were poorly old cubies which had pretty much dried up inthe field before going to that shroom farm far away in the shy.
Mjshroomer
I have a similar one in my files which dried outdoors and looke d a lot like that
See the resemblence to the ones up above.
It was just a yucky P. cubie floating in the poopy.
