Slow Mycelium Growth Questions with Pics

Hello everyone, I recently got interested in growing shrooms. On July 7th I gathered all the components to grow. I inoculated the jars that day. I am using the standard PFtek technique, with the PF strain i ordered from spores101.com.
So heres the reason i am posting.
Since the inoculation, the growth of mycelium seems very very slow compared to all the other posts I see on here. I live in Florida, and for the last few weeks conditions have been Ideal.
They are in 80-86 degree weather at like 90% Humidity. The growth is very small in 5 of the 6 pint jars i am using. One jar has alot more than the other, but that is still very very small.
Please take a look at my pics below. I only took a picture of two of the jars. The one on the left is one of the super slow ones, the one on the right is the one with the most growth.
So... 3 weeks into it, hardly any growth. Whats the deal people.

Are you using brown rice, and not brown rice flower?

The jar contains Brown Rice flower, vermiculite, worm casings.
Is there anything i can do to fix the wetness? Will it still fully colonize over time?

I have heard you can turn them upside down. The dry verm will absorb some of the moisture. I have no first hand knowledge of how effective that is. Good luck.

Ya, ive read that taking the foil off and turning them upside down can help growth. I did do that like 2 days ago.

To be honest I would try again. They could start to colonize in a week or two, but probably not.
Try using the plain PF Tek. Keep those jars up, and going....Then when you get ready do a few sample jars with your worm castings, and grain jars...So basically what I'm saying is keep refining your method from the basics.
If they have bacterial contaminations then no the mycelium will not grow, and its not good to grow on it even if it could. Its health risk. A serious one in some cases.
