Straw/Rye Grow - Straw too wet? What to do?

Hello all,
Started up again, love watching the babies grow. First try at a bulk grow - ShroomGods Straw Tek - rye spawned to pasteurized straw in 54 gal tub, wrapped in plastic with drilled holes. Its been 11 days colonizing at 73-78 degrees. Theres good mycelium growth but its not complete yet and theres a lot of moisture/water droplets on the plastic covering.

Is this ok or is it too wet? Im wondering if I put enough holes in the plastic or if the plastic is too loose around the straw, should I replace the plastic or just wait it out?
Big thanks for any help.

I'd try warming up the room a little. You're probably getting condensation because the bundle is warmer than the room. If the mycelium is still growing well, I'd try that first, as opposed to re-bagging it.

won't heating the room up make the sub heat up more since the sub is naturally warmer than the room around it?
Either way I wouldn't take it out, poke more holes with a clean poker if you do anything.
