I have to of those energy saving lights rigged to stimulate big fruits and a heat light in the middle cuz it can get cold in my basement. Are the lights even a good idea? Also do you think i drilled to many holes? Thanks in advance!

You are never supposed to heat a FC .....you heat the room if needed NOT the FC
I also use more holes ...in the bottom too

yeah, reason i asked about the light OP is cuz any extra heat in there is gonna make it drier. if im not mistaken.
and they dont need intense light like cannibis.
a 13w cfl would suffice

Your holes look okay but keep an eye on the humidity anyway. I've had major issues with humidity because of the holes in my FC. It depends on a lot of factors; my room has very low humidity and a lot of air movement so those leach my FC's humidity. I'm working with the issue by just taping up some of the holes. Most people don't have an issue, but if you do, you can try the same

why can't you just heat the chamber if the temp gets low? I wasn't planning on having it on at all times i put it inn just in case the temp did go to low i could turn it on for like 10 min or so. I understand that mushrooms barely need any light but someone on here told me the best thing they ever did was put in two of those lights because it helps get bigger fruits and more of them, he said it also helps them grow up. Is that all true? thanks for the help everyone keep it coming!

Mis Information...Mushrooms need nothing more than mere NANO Seconds of light to pin and grow in the right direction

No... they are just in the wrong spectrum to really act as a pinning trigger...
you need to be in the 6500k range or Blue Spectrum. the lights you need actually seem to blind you due to the UV and look from the other room at night like theres a TV on in the other room
