Worried about BRF Jars (Pics)

I have 5 Australian jars colonizing. Its been a week an a day since I have injected the spores. The jars look like there healthy and doing ok but the only thing that makes me really worried is that in the past 3 days its created alot of moisture. The jars sit in a closet with a AC in the window that holds a good room temp around 78-81. I know they create heat upon growing but should there be this much moisture?

that's pretty normal, nothing to worry about unless the moisture starts to become excessive. and you won't mistake that.

cool I was just worried that it might be to much moisture from the ac or from it being so hot outside but my Hawaiian jars are looking good they were injected the same time as the Australians but the aus is kicking ass as u can see above, I'll post pictures of the Hawaiian but could the Hawaiian need different conditions or is it just a slow colonizer? The hawaiian looks like the aus on it's 3/4th day
What do you think?
I also just put 5 equador and 5 GT jars up there yesterday!!
20 jars total and Australian is kicking ass, just curious about the Hawaiian being soo much slower.
Thanks!!

This hobby is all about genetics and patience. Some strains may colonize faster because it is a genetic trait. The same strain may also colonize unusually slow due to poor genetics. Your jars are probably all doing fine. Wait it out bro.

It is unlikely that the AC or weather is increasing the moisture content of the jar. If anything, the humidity is slowly, but surely, creeping downwards toward equilibrium with the outside world.

Physics.
A temperature differential will create moisture on the warm side. That's why your glass of iced tea or can of beer gets condensation on the outside even if you're in the middle of the desert in summer. For substrate/spawn jars, the heat is on the inside, therefore the condensation, which forms on the warm side, is inside the jars.
Your jars look fine. RR
