1 - 2) Amanita jacksonii (nice!) 3) Sparassis spathulata 4) Dinner 5 - 6) I can't tell if this Amanita a collar around the top of the bulb or not. The one on the right kind of looks like it might. A muscaia type Amanita with a collar on the top of the bulb would be A. frostiana, but that species has a white stipe. Since the stipe is yellow I think this is A. flavoconia, but you should post it on mushroomobserver and see what Rod Tulloss thinks.
As far as preperation for the A. jacksonii goes, I think its pretty easy and you could try it a few different ways. For the A. rubescens make sure you cook it hot to get rid of the toxins that are destroyed by heat.
I cooked a bunch of mushrooms on the BBQ yesterday, I cut them up and put them in a frying pan that is full of holes, then put some grape seed oil and bragg's liquid aminos on and BBQ'd it for 10-15 mins. They turned out awesome!

Whats the spore print color on that one?
Can you check if there is a partial veil on the pins?
Are you sure there is no reticulation on the stem? I think I can see some fine reticulation but I am not sure.

What do you mean about the rubescens cactu? All the ones i find are kinda golden browinsh caps that all stain red...these are OK to eat correct. I thought there are no poisonous red staining amanitas.
