Waterlogged panaeolinas

The two ?panaeolinas? on top have darker caps that curve in compared to the three on the bottom. However, after drying for 5 hours and dropping a few brownish black spores, their shapes and colors come closer to the bottom three. Am I identifying these properly, and have ?waterlogged? pans been seen before?

just remove water and... now they look similar (two on upper right corner)

In any species there should be some variation expected. You look to have done the right things to identify these mushrooms. Good job. Good photos, too.
