If you're getting that much moisture on the bottem of your bags, don't add as much water when you soak the grain. I've never had a problem with a little excess water droplets or moisture causing any contams though.

Its not the excess moisture that is causing
the problem the grain is at 50% to 52%
exactly.
the problems I get are the excrement from the growing mycelium collects at the bottom of the bag stopping or slowing collonization
it almost never contaminates.
Maybe I am just being too careful but I hate to waste spawn.
