Will i be ok sterilizing my half pint jars for on 10psi instead of 12? Or should i check the manual to see what there recomendations are for it???

Pressure cook at 15 psi for 45 minutes thats what I do

If your PC only goes to 10psi thats ok. Just do a full hour maybe a little longer. My friend has one too and has had no problems.

so 1/2 pint jars filled need 1 solid hour? Doing straight pf style Was going to do innocs in a glovebox to insure sterility. Spray liberally with lysol after jars are in and everythings in alcohol flame syringe and innoc after i remove tinfoil/tape? Sound clean or no???
