Anyone know of a good program that you can merge mp3's into one track?

I listen to drum n bass and the mix sets I get are usually individual tracks. Well I don't know if your familiar with the music but it sucks hearing that split second change between tracks when it's suppose to be a seemless mix, totally ruins the groove...so I want to make all the tracks per set into one continuous track with so breaks in between.
BTW, my sig and your title under your avatar are definitely on similar wavelengths dude...

Most software audio players will have gapless output functionality, and a growing number of portable MP3 players do as well. So depending on how you listen to music it really may not be necessary. But if your only option is joining the MP3s, try MP3 Merger. I haven't used it but it's free so you have nothing to lose.

Yeah, I've merged plenty of wavs and lossless formats but I cant seem to do it with mp3s. I use roxio and db power amp for all of my audio endeavors. Even winamp and media player play the track break on mp3s. Ythan, thanks for the link bro!

If you configure winamp properly it gives you gapless playback - look in the options for the directsound plugin.
I'm usually faced with the opposite task - I download mixes as long single mp3 files and I want to split them up into individual tracks for my iPod

Goldwave... the way to go. It's an awesome program I've used for years. Lots of cool little features too. Like volume balancing, fading... etc. real good program IMO...
