Multi Spore Grain to Grain & Senescence

Ok, so Ive been doing my homework here and am still confused so I decided to ask for some advice here. I have my rye grain jars colonized. I knocked them up with a commercially available syringe (multispore). I now plan to use these jars to do a grain to grain transfer to inoculate more jars. The questions I have now are this. 1. Once the jars have been inoculated by a grain to grain will they produce weak fruits? 2. Is this due to senescence? 3. If they dont produce weak fruit I read somewhere that you can do grain to grains 3 times generally before you notice a diminished return, does this differ if you use multispore syringe? I do understand that agar is generally used instead of grain to grain. Below is what I have written in my notebook about this topic, I would love for anyone to correct my misunderstandings on this subject.
Senescence- latin advanced age Cause slow growth & overall weak performance (not genetic mutations)
On subject of agar to agar This isnt cloning, it is a transfer so it will still be first generation.
On subject of agar to grain to grain Will stay first generation, after 3rd senescence takes place.
On subject of spores to fruit to germination This would be second generation, senescence will take place after many years.

Usually they wont produce "weak" fruits, as in potency.
But they will eventually lose vigor, grow slower, and simply not fruit.
3 times is just a relative number. Depending on the genetics of the strain you are using, you could to a transfer more or less. Three just seems to be an average.
If you use spores the genetics will be "fresh" everytime since the spore is part of the reproductive cycle of the fungus.

So there should be no problem in knocking up jars with a syringe, then using those jars to knock up more jars via grain to grain? I understand eventually this won't work, but for a single time it shouldn't pose a problem to fruit yield/potency?

No you shouldnt have any problems. Just make sure to use a glovebox when doing the G2G.
