jar condensation

well i can't believe this shit i found out my dog has inoculated 8 jars of brf/vermulite and 4 of them are at about 90% colonization and the remaining 4 range from 15-40% his ghetto ass incubator consists of a cardboard box covered with a trash bag and kept at around 75-80 degrees (he's a dog and can't afford any other equipment to measure humidity and temp) so anyways i noticed that on his jars especally the 90% colonized ones that there seems to be water on the inside of the jars not like ALOT of water pooling up at the bottom or anything but water droplets on the side of the jars is this a bad thing or what? don't want my dog to make any mistakes.btw they are 1/2 pint jars

any suggestions you can think of as to why his jars are having such weird colonization patterns like i said 4 90% and 4 ranging from 15-50% all the same strain although some he did use more than 1cc of spores.

yeah, it could be that you put more spores in different jars...or it could be that you didnt shake the syringe well enough, causing most of the spores into the ones at 90%, and the rest at 10/15%..ive done that before, and it took forever for the last few to colonize just cause they probably had barely any spores in them.

I am there right now. I have 2 jars out of 7 that are just sitting at about 90%after a month since innoculation. its okay though. It will let me have a spread out harvest, I hope (meaning: I hope no contams, and I get the harvest)

Good luck to you

yeah he tried flipping the jars so far the 2 jars that are showing about 10-15% growth seem to have picked up but he also shuffled the jars around in the incubator closer to the heat source so not sure which factor has caused the growth increase if not time itself it's been about 3 weeks since my dog started also the jars that are 95% colonized once they are fully done should he allow a few days to let the mycelium fully penetrate the substrate or go straight to fruiting?

They have been flipped, and it did help them get from 70% to 90% but they have been sitting at 90 for about a week now, no visible contams. weird.

I am patient, but open to ideas.
