Copelandia cyanescens help

Hi, I am new to this whole shroom thing. Ive got a 10 acre field, with 4 horses on 5 acres, and 2 cows on the other 5. Recently I found some Copelandia cyanescens in the cow pasture and I have a few questions about this species.

1. How good is this mushroom?
2. How would I dry them?
3. What should the dosage be for someone?
4. what do I do with the extras sell or give away?

Not trying to be a douche, but using the search function will give you a lot of answers. Don't sell them, make friends and give them away or barter.
