Certainly would. The way mine is going the last years of my life are going to be full of pain. I could end up bed ridden so would I take it? Hell yea.

for sure
I rather live a good life now, and give up a year at the end.

life is pretty great, without it, we would all be dead.

Yes, unless THIS was the last year of my life
I wonder how many people would trade the last 5 or even 10 years of their lives for a million dollars right now . Wouldn't have to waste all those years at work (unless you are one of those few people who have a job they love) .

Oh I thought it was "would you trade the most recent year of your life for a million bucks". That's a much trickier one. The last 12 months have been the best I've ever had, so I don't know if I would just give up all I've experienced and accomplished in that time for some money.
But the way the question was originally intended? Sure, of course.

Heres an even better one. Would you take a million dollars now in exchange for a year off of the life of whoever (not you) you love most in this world.

If you knew when that 'last year' would be, sounds good..no? A million bucks right now would set me up to be able to do everything I want, make millions more and live the great life. A year off at the end would do fine.
